On the road to Puebla
The guide will meet you at your hotel in Mexico City. Way to Puebla will take about one and a half hours, you can enjoy views over one of the highest Mexican volcanoes – Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl, and make great shots during a stop at the observation deck.
The colonial city of Puebla
We visit the main Cathedral, the Church of Santo Domingo, and Chapel of the Rosary. Also, you will visit Talavera pottery workshop and the Street of Sweets. Next, we will organize a dinner in a restaurant (not included) – you can enjoy the local dish “mole poblano.” Free time – 1 hour.
The Great Pyramid in Cholula’s archaeological zone
A short drive to the city of Cholula, where you will visit the archaeological site with the largest pyramid in the world and if desired, a church built by the Spanish right on top of it. Return to your hotel in Mexico City at about 18:00.
