Regain your balance with a visit to the exalting spa at ME Cabo. Over 7,000 square feet of beauty and bliss awaits you, with sauna, steam, hydro massage and a full fitness center. Professionally administered services include wellness programs, medical spa and recovery treatments, plus the ancient Temazcal cleansing ritual. Products used are selected for their relevance to the climate and conditions of the Baja Peninsula.
The menu of treatments includes some specialties that are unique to the country and region as they are derived from ancient Mayan and Aztec rituals, such as the Temazcal, a therapeutic sweat lodge allowing one to reconnect with the earth. Therapies also include traditionally Mexican ingredients like pitaya (dragon fruit). A small fitness center is also available with all the necessary equipment. The YHI spa focuses on holistic wellness by offering Pevonia treatments.
